FTC Futures Fund Dynamic is a cell of FTC Futures Fund PCC Ltd. FTC Futures Fund PCC Ltd. is a Protected Cell Company according to the rules of the Gibraltar Protected Cell Companies Act 2001. Moreover FTC Futures Fund PCC Ltd. is an Experienced Investor Fund subject to the Gibraltar Financial Services (Experienced Investor Funds) Regulations 2005.

The offering memorandum of FTC Futures Fund Dynamic as amended from time to time as well as the latest annual reports and semi annual reports are available for interested parties free at charge at FTC Capital GmbH, at Erste Bank AG, Vienna (paying agent and information agent according to Austrian Investment Fund Act) as well as at the registered office of FTC Futures Fund PCC Ltd., 19c Blake House, Town Range, Gibraltar.
